Q1: What payment options are available for wholesale orders? We would like to understand the preferred payment methods and any associated terms.
Payments must be done from official company bank account only. No 3rd party payment is allowed on the company’s behalf
Q2: Could you elaborate on the shipping arrangements? Specifically, we would like to know about shipping costs, estimated delivery times, and any tracking services provided.
Shipping cost will be given separately based on once the shipment is packed and ready to ship. For pharmaceuticals it will temp control logistics ( 15 to 20 degree Celsius) For Vitamins, FMCG & Skincare it will be non temp control logistics by Sea OR Air to your destination port. The estimated delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks depending upon order size.
Q3: As part of our due diligence, we seek information on the expiration dates of the products we intend to order. Please share any relevant details.
All the products have Minimum expiry date of 13 months and more.
Q4: We attempted to submit our resale certificate via your website but encountered an error. Could you advise us on an alternative method for submitting the certificate?
